Ali Choupani is a flutist, improviser, and sound designer working between classical performance and experimental sound practice. His work blends contemporary techniques with influences from Iranian musical traditions, creating a language that moves fluidly between interpretation, improvisation, and sonic exploration. Based between Iran and Belgium, he develops projects that rethink performance practice and expand the flute into new acoustic and interdisciplinary contexts.
